Hotel Auberge Edelweiss is currently looking for experienced multi-functional hotel and restaurant staff for winter 2022.

The hotel is situated in the village of La Grave, in the French Alps. The village is renowned worldwide for its lift serviced off piste domain.

The hotel is a small traditional family hotel catering for up to 50 guests with a reputation for good food. We only serve dinner. The hotel dates back to 1811 and is under the same ownership for the past 18 years. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and laid back.

The tasks will be multi-functional. They may vary from helping in the morning cleaning the rooms and preparing them for new guests, to preparing and waitering in the restaurant in the evening. Helping in the bar or check-in of clients could be amongst the tasks on demand. In between all this there is plenty of time to enjoy the mountains.

The season is usually from mid January till mid April, but start and finish dates can be adapted.

What we need (requirements)
Candidats should have:
-relevant hospitality and restaurant experience
-good knowledge of English. Basic knowledge of French would be helpfull
-a smart and tidy appearance
-a flexible work attitude
-an interest in winter sports and outdoor activities
All applicants must hold a EU passport
